Red Dead Redemption 2
I like this game. A good SRPG and (I think?) the first of the isometric style that inspired FF tactics/PKMN Conquest/Triangle Strategy. It has a good soundtrack and fine story. Game's hard. I almost dropped the game a few times because of skill issues. Indeed, I did, played FF Tactics, and came back. Really feels rewarding to break through. I dislike how some of the mechanics are handled, in particular how unit progression feels especially slow- you can go several hours of gameplay without your units getting any stronger. Some abilities are translated incorrectly and do not do what they say they do. Can be annoying to find information on what certain status effects actually do. It's also a really long game, which isn't necessarily bad but especially later on it drags, at least for me, because I had built a team and strategy that could handle most maps and it got somewhat repetitive. Enemies also just have too much health. Worth playing if you like strategy games.
