Using BlownCartridge

By creating an account or using BlownCartridge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA). You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

BlownCartridge has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the service, you agree that you will not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that is:

• Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content involving minors
• Violent, gory, or that promotes self-harm
• Profane, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise offensive
• Defamatory, libelous, or that violates the privacy of others
• Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent
• Illegal under any applicable law
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently banned. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated content filtering and community-driven moderation to keep BlownCartridge safe:

• Automated filtering: Reviews and comments are automatically scanned for objectionable language and may be blocked at submission time.
• Flagging: Every review and comment has a flag (report) button. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
• Blocking: You can block any user from your profile or via their content. Blocked users' content is hidden from your feed immediately and the developer is notified.
• Removal & ejection: Content that violates these terms is removed, and offending users are ejected from the platform.

Your Content

You own your reviews, lists, and comments. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. Your profile and public content can be seen by anyone. You can delete your content at any time. You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it.

Reporting & Enforcement

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, please report it using the flag icon on any review or comment, or block the user from their profile. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms.

Game Data

Game information (titles, covers, release dates, etc.) comes from IGDB. Their ratings are separate from our community ratings.

Service

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update these terms occasionally. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
