THE BEST POKEMON GAME EVER that's right i said it and holy casual if you disagree cause you've clearly never played ts. easily the best story of any pokemon game because it has actual characters in it that are all so unique and actually interesting. music is 10/10 as always. gameplay is the peak of the franchise. this game had mega evolutions (coolest mechanic they've ever added) plus z moves on top of that. playing showdown ladder was so fun being able to use both of those mechanics on ur squad. having both also made so many more pokemon actually viable in the vgc scene. the actual pokemon added in this gen too are also super cool. further, this was the peak of pokemon graphics since it was the last mainline game before they went full open worldslop full camera movementslopmode
